Roaster Challenge Disclaimer:

The Roaster Challenge hosted by Uprise Network is intended solely for professional coffee roasters and enthusiasts aged 18 and above. By participating in the challenge, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The Roaster Challenge is open to professional coffee roasters and enthusiasts worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Participation: To participate, eligible participants must sign up through the provided registration process. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.

3. Complimentary Coffee Bag: Upon registration, participants will receive one (1) complimentary 8oz bag of Uprise Network's single-origin coffee. The coffee is for personal use and Roaster Challenge purposes only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

4. Custom Roast Creation: Participants are required to craft a unique coffee roast using the provided complimentary coffee. The roast should be inspired by their own creativity and expertise.

5. Submission Deadline: Coffee roast submissions must be received by October 25, 2023, to be considered for the challenge.

6. Judging Criteria: Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on taste, aroma, and the narrative behind the roast. The decision of the judges is final.

7. Prize: The grand prize for the Roaster Challenge is 500KG of Uprise Network's premium single-origin coffee. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.

8. Winner Announcement: The winner of the Roaster Challenge will be announced on October 31, 2023 via Uprise Network's official website and social media channels.

9. Intellectual Property: By submitting their roast, participants grant Uprise Network the right to use their roast details, narratives, and any associated media for promotional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability: Uprise Network and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claims arising from or related to participation in the Roaster Challenge.

11. Modification or Cancellation: Uprise Network reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Roaster Challenge if circumstances beyond their control require.

12. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Roaster Challenge constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
